What is pakiJUG?

PakiJUG (Pakistan Java User Group) is a group of people who share a common interest in Java technology and meet on a regular basis to share technical ideas and information. It is created with the idea to arrange group meetings/seminars/workshops in different locations/institutions in Pakistan to spread awareness and interest about java.
Java Experts from local and international industry will be invited to address the group. It is also intended to participate and contribute to JSRs implementations and other java open source projects.

Why we need it?

Pakistan is country with rich minds. But we lack a common platform where we could share knowledge and learn from people.
So this is the group where Pakistani techies can participate to discuss about Java & related technologies. This will, definitely, give our developers/students a great opportunity to flourish their knowledge. Here, you can discuss your ideas and innovations with industry gurus.

What you can do?

You can contribute in many ways. You can
·         give a presentation on Java and related technologies
·         invite your buddies/colleagues to join pakijug
·         subscribe to our group
·         attend upcoming event
